Eu rigging requirements!

Im a mechanical engineering student working as a rigger/light technician for a small lights&truss rental company in my country (Croatia). I would like to do some touring in EU as a rigger. The word is that every country (UK, Netherlands, Germany as far as I know) has special rigging standards, requirements, licenses. Now I wonder what documents/licenses beside working permits do I need to obtain to start touring EU as a grond support&arena rigger?
