I am a member of the American Culinary Federation and have been chef of a AAA Four Diamond restaurant in addition to opening restaurants for myself and others. I can meet any culinary needs including vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, raw, carnivores and more.

My resume may cause you to think twice about contacting me, however please don't hesitate. I am willing to work with smaller budgets and am very flexible with regards to scheduling. Furthermore, I am an easy to get along with person who understands the rigors of the road.
