Hey wassup Brian im a member of roadie jobs.com saw ur profile very intereting. The reason for my comment is that even though i havent toured before i have load in and tear down experience, as well as spot operator i have always wanted to hit the road with either an up n coming act or an estabished one.I was wondering if the next time you hit the road could u possibly contact me ,i d be willing to do whatever be it loading and unloding spot operating.Iam a team player who gets along with anybody,so as long as we get the job done .What i dont know i can learn easily.I do have a full overall understanding of live production ,and what it takes to be on the road. Thanks MARVIN
typically the band pays the backline techs unless it's a bigger tour where they hire out a company...but typically it's the band that pays the crew
ultimately it's the band/management that pays the crew anyways, even if they're getting their chec...
