- Currently I am employed as a Chef Instructor at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. I have worked at two AAA Four Diamond restaurants in addition to having consulted on numerous fine dinning endeavors. I can prepare meals for one to hundreds (or thousands if need be), including vegetarians, vegans and carnivores. I am comfortable cooking fine cuisine for any special needs and can even prepare delicious multi-course meals on a moving two burner stove - or even out of a microwave.
